On the morning of May 30, the Founding & Signing Ceremony For Beijing International Fashion Alliance was held at the 2019 China International Fashion Summit Forum. In order to implement the policy of some measures to encourage the development of commercial brands’ first store, under the active advocacy of Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau, Fang Ying, the President of Beijing Fashion Association, Wang Wensheng, the full-time vice president of Beijing Clothing and Textile Industry Association, and Mehdawi Murad, the vice president of French Designers Association(France), Tian Jing, the chairman of the International Federation of Fashion Elites (United States), and Marco Andrea Martino, the representative of Milan Youth Fashion Artists Association(Italy) in Beijing, signed a cooperation agreement on the establishment of "Beijing International Fashion Alliance".

The establishment of the alliance aims to promote the communication and development of fashion industry and cultural & creative industry, promoting mutual communication, learning and interaction. 


In order to improve the allocation of Beijing's international consumption resources and make it as the connecting hub of "Imported" the international brands and ""Go globally" with local brands. Meanwhile, the alliance hopes to innovate the global consumption marketing mode, establish the promotion channels closely connected with the international consumption market, shape the image of "Beijing Consumption" and improve its reputation with the goal of building "Beijing Consumption" brand degree and reputation. At the end of 2019, the alliance will jointly research and release the global fashion city influence report, continuously discover the global fashion potential market and innovation force, and carry out more extensive cooperation.

As an important component of Beijing International Fashion Alliance, the French Designers Association in combination with the famous French design institutions, colleges and Paris business circles, is a non-profit organization, which is committed to promoting the communicate and development of China France fashion industry and cultural & creative industry, and promoting the interaction between China and France in cultural communication and learning.

The French Designers Association, together with other members of the alliance, will help to build Beijing's fashion capital, outline the "Beijing Coordinates" in the world's fashion consumption pattern, actively build a more open and normal international fashion dialogue mechanism, a more professional and effective docking channel of fashion resources, create a more innovative and sustainable fashion economic model, build a more friendly and United fashion industry partnership and carry out a series of work.

Wei Zhen, the President of the French Designers Association, said that the French Designers Association is rooted in the international fashion city, will give full play to its advantages of design and brand resources in the top fashion circle of France for many years, and promote French brands to enter China and establish their first shop in Beijing.

The vice president will also lead the association to give full play to the advantages of domestic resources. With the help of Beijing Fashion Week held in September, the association will assist in international brand fashion release, invite international brand designers to communicate and cooperate with Chinese designers, promote the integration and development of Chinese & French fashion culture.

Many fashion elements shine after crossing national boundaries, which makes us see the unique role of fashion in promoting the common understanding of world culture. Adhering to the cultural values of “beauty in diversity", as one of the projects jointly sponsored by the association, the World Cultural Card will continue to provide incubation, publicity and promotion services for fashion brands, and strive to make the "World Fashion Cultural Card" shine around the world.

Beijing's first International Fashion Alliance signed a contract at the forum, which is an important achievement of the 2019 China International Fashion Summit Forum. The forum is hosted by Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau and hosted by Beijing Clothing and Textile Industry Association. With the theme of "Taste Consumption · Fashion Beijing", it looks forward to the future development trend of China's fashion consumption and the new pattern of international fashion consumption together with the international fashion brand leader, domestic fashion landmark leader and fashion cross-border brand pioneer.

From more than 10 countries and regions such as France, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan and South Korea, as well as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, the international fashion brand leaders, domestic fashion landmark leaders, fashion cross-border brand leaders, heads of relevant government departments, industry and enterprise representatives, authoritative experts and nearly 600 people attended the meeting. It also looks forward to the new pattern of international fashion consumption and the future development trend of China's fashion consumption.
