Since 2017, our team (World Association of Culture &Art) has been doing different activities at different stages.

World Association of Culture & Art is abbreviated as “WAOCA”. It is a non-profit organization established in Paris, France, in 2017, based on the Association Loi de 1901.SloganBeauty in diversity.

        People from all over the world are devoted to work for peace and prosperity, and try the best to balance the distribution of benefits, such as the Belt and Road Initiative Proposed by China.        We are trying to allow world acknowledging and understanding us, while allow us recognize and tolerate the world from the ideas, core values, cultures and civilizations aspects by holding the “World Cultural Cards” project.
